Over the years, I've been lucky enough to have inspiring bosses, partners, and team members who have helped me grow and learn.
I've had the opportunity to take part in numerous training courses, have great adventures, and to experience both defeat and success, always with a lesson learned.

Why did I write this book?
Throughout the course of my career, I've supported, managed and steered teams of men and women whom I've helped to grow, which leads me to today: how can I kick it up a gear?
I wrote Tips To Win to pass along my knowledge, to share with as many people as possible.
I wrote Tips To Win for students, for young people just starting out, for entrepreneurs and freelancers, for employees and managers, for those who have a job and for those who are looking for one, and more generally speaking, for all those who seek betterment, progress and growth.
Driven by this desire to share, I wrote Tips To Win with the hope that it will be of use to others on their own path towards maturity.
